Meet Mel Gibson's new daughter, Lucia Anne.

The new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now) features an official photo of Gibson's girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva with the baby girl, who was born Oct. 30 in Los Angeles.

Grigorieva, 39, recently told Britain's Hello! Magazine that the 53-year-old Gibson who has seven children (six sons and a daughter) with his ex-wife Robyn -- "has been very doting and nurturing."

Grigorieva (who has a son, Alexander, with her ex, actor Timothy Dalton) says Lucia was 6 lbs. at birth and is gaining weight fast.

"I'm speaking Russian and English and singing lullabies in both," says the singer. "She has been an inspiration already. I'm composing a children's song book."

In August, she told CNN that she wasn't sure she and Gibson would wed.

"We haven't really talked about it," she said.

As for their new child, Grigorieva told CNN, "You don't control the situations or the people you meet. I did not plan this. I'm just doing what I've always been doing. It's not like I've changed my goals at all."
