NEW YORK, New York -- "Weeks to live" - that is the latest reported prognosis for 83-year-old movie star Paul Newman, who is rumored to be battling cancer. New reports from the Daily Mail claim that Newman has allegedly finished chemotherapy and told his family he wants to die at home.
He was photographed leaving a New York hospital in a wheelchair
on Friday.
"Paul didn't want to die in the hospital," a source told the Daily Mail. "[Wife] Joanne [Woodward] and his daughters are beside themselves with grief."

"The word they've been given is that he has only a few weeks to
live," the source added.
Newman has starred in such films as "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid," "The Sting," and "Cool Hand Luke." He won an Oscar for his work in Martin Scorsese's "The Color of Money" in 1986.
