    Paris Hilton Feeds Stray Dog Filet Mignon

    Paris Hilton is used to the best -- and so are those around her!

    The 30-year-old heiress and reality star is currently working overseas in Bali, where she came across a "starving stray dog" on the beach Friday.

    "It made me so sad," she tweeted. "So we ordered him a filet mignon. He loved it!"

    Hilton was so moved by the abandoned canine that she posted a series of photos with him. "This poor stray dog is breaking my heart," she said. "He is so sweet. I wish I could take him home with me."

    The socialite -- who once admitted to owning 17 dogs simultaneously -- then reminded her Twitter followers that "all animals are living, breathing souls with hearts and feelings just like us. And they should be treated that way."

    "The cruel treatment of these stray dogs has upset me so much that I can't sleep," she tweeted. "I'm researching the internet to see what I can do to help."

    "It's so important to bring awareness to what is wrong in the world," Hilton concluded. "I am using my voice to speak for these animals who can't."

      Paris has a wonderful heart when it comes to Animals, I'm glad she was
      there and able to feed this little one and hopefully find it a home.
      Unfortunately this is the norm in many countries, but it would be wonderful
      if she can bring awareness to this situation. Tweeting this wasn't "selfish",
      it was the best way of letting others know at the time, and I'm glad she did.

      I think She is dumb as dirt BUT ... I have gained some respect for Her now ... anyone that turns there back on animals in need is equal to Mr Vick in my book ... not worth the pooo that comes out of the other end you should feed. Thanks for stepping up Paris ...

        She's not dumb by any means. She just played dumb when it benefited her. And I too have gained a new found respect for her because of this event. I've donated money to an animal shelter because I feel that animals deserve to be taken care of and treated w/ respect as well.

      She maybe an attention seeking bimbo, but she loves animals. abandoned animals need food, water and love too. A dollar goes a long way for a human starving as well as a pet, not just around the holidays......

      Well I think it's great that Paris Hilton is finally showing a decent side of herself,,,, Maybe her next good deed will be working at the nearest soup kitchen for the poor and most certainly homeless . I am sure that is most needed ....

      this is really sad. IM glad she is finally doing something for animals around the world. Even if she doesnt follow through with it she is bringing awareness to animal cruelty. God doesnt look kindly on animal cruelty.....all you people who mistreat animals...trust me...you will pay for it...dearly. How could anybody mistreat a PURE soul....because like it or not animals are pure...they have no HATE in their heart...they dont have any bad thoughts...look into the eyes of an animal and you will see God....Dog is God backwards.

      My only issue with this is why spend $80 on 1 filet mignon for a single dog when that $80 could have been used to feed multiple dogs for days. She does have a good heart but i kinda question the brain.....
