Pamela Bach opened up about her ex-husband for the first time since
David Hasselhoff was
reportedly rushed to the hospital with alcohol poisoning on May 2.

"Mr. Hasselhoff is both disturbed and saddened by the fact that a certain individual is disseminating grossly inaccurate stories about him to the press for ulterior motives," his lawyers told Us.
