American Idol contestant Alexis Grace hit a low note on Wednesday's show, with the four judges unanimously deciding to vote her off.
Grace, a 21-year-old single mother from Memphis, Tenn., also had the least number of viewer voters for her Tuesday performance of
Dolly Parton 's "Jolene."

Grace's family looked devastated after she was ousted. Her mother was in tears and quickly hurried backstage with the rest of her family.

The 10 finalists remaining in the competition: Sarver, Iraheta,
Adam Lambert , Anoop Desai,

On next Wednesday's show, the top 10 finalists will perform Motown tunes. Another finalist goes home next Thursday.
