Around 10 a.m., Oprah Winfrey posted her first Twitter message.
"HI TWITTERS . THANK YOU FOR A WARM WELCOME. FEELING REALLY 21st CENTURY," she wrote in all caps.

Winfrey -- who has 75,000 followers so far -- is already pals with Demi Moore and Jimmy Fallon , who "tweeted" to tell her he was at a deli for a photo shoot.
"Hi Jimmy," she replied. "Order a reuben for me."

Winfrey also posted an update on her newly adopted blond cocker spaniel Sadie, who has been battling a gastrointestinal tract disease.
