LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- It's official - Lady O has the "Power."

Oprah Winfrey topped The Hollywood Reporter's 17th annual Women in Entertainment: Power 100 list, thanks to chairing Harpo Productions and running a media empire that includes "The Oprah Winfrey Show," O Magazine and OWN - her soon-to-launch TV network.

And don't expect Oprah to relinquish the top spot any time soon.

"I'm not done!" she told Access Hollywood on Wednesday night in New York, addressing rumors that she'd end her show in 2011. "I'm a very multi-dimensional woman. I can do a show, I can have OWN, I can have a magazine, I can do radio."

Still, reaching No. 1 was a big jump for Oprah, who landed at No. 6 on The Hollywood Reporter's 2007's list. Overall, the top 10 remained relatively static, with Worldwide Motion Picture Group chairwoman Mary Parent the only new addition to the top tier.

The rest of the list included such notables as Disney's Anne Sweeney, Sony's Amy Pascal CBS Paramount's Nancy Tellem, and a number of other network and studio chiefs.

The list was revealed at a breakfast at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Friday, sponsored for the 17th consecutive year by Lifetime. Sigourney Weaver was a featured speaker at the event, which also saw "Damages" star Glenn Close receiving this year's Leadership Award.
