Actor Craig Robinson, best known for his roles in The Office and Pineapple Express, pleaded guilty to a felony count of possession of ecstasy in a L.A. court Wednesday.

Charges for methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of being under the influence were dropped.

Officers found drugs in the 36-year-old's car when he was pulled over in Culver City, CA in June. Robinson was on probation for a 2006 DUI charge.

"Mr. Robinson really appreciates and takes seriously the opportunity which has been given to him by the court and the prosecution to have all of the charges against him dismissed, upon successful completion of a counseling program," his attorney, Blair Berk, told TMZ.com.

  • I don't understand why people screw up a good life for drugs! What do you get out of it? Absolutely nothing but a bunch of court crap & maybe jail time! SO not worth it to do drugs it's such a waste of time & talent.....

    DRugs made by some crazy man in his bedroom is the worst kind of problem this country has. We need to stop the brain damage going on because of that %@!*# or this country will never be what it once was. If it grows and it's brewed it's made by God any thing else is a path way to no where.
