"They have all been extremely supportive," Blonsky told Entertainment Tonight on Monday.
Blonsky, 19, and her father, Carl got into a serious scuffle with America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden and her mother Elaine over saved seats in the departures lounge on July 30.
Blonsky's major source of strength throughout the ordeal? Zac Efron.
"I love him with every inch of my body and soul. He has been an amazing support system," she gushed.
Blonsky said that the incident in the Turks and Caicos has made her family stronger.
"We are a tight-knit family. We're just happy to be back together. My family is my life. The best gift that I've even been given is my parents," she said.
Carl - who was slapped with a felony charge of grievous bodily harm - was jailed on the island after the July 30 brawl. He has since returned to New York City.
Blonsky admitted it's hard watching her family being scrutinized.
"You want to protect them the best way you know how," she told ET.
