One Hollywood hookup that will never happen: Nicollette Sheridan and Ryan Seacrest .

On Friday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, she asks the single Desperate Housewives star if she'd ever go on a date with the American Idol host.

"That's gross," she says. "I've met him."

When DeGeneres says that Seacrest is a "great guy," Sheridan snaps, "I did his radio show, and he was very rude about me the next day. So I don't like him.

"It was nasty ... and untrue," she says of Seacrest's remarks. "Yeah, I don't like him. You should have a word with him."

Sheridan also sets the record straight on David Spade , whom she was spotted kissing at her 45th birthday party last year.

"We're friends," she says. "We're not dating."

When asked if they're friends with benefits, Sheridan plays coy.

"Oh ... do you see us together?" she asks.

DeGeneres says yes, and Sheridan playfully replies, "Really?"
