Nicole Richie On Marriage: 'That Is A Dream Of Mine - One Day'

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Nicole Richie isn't planning on getting married any time soon.

In a joint interview with her dad -- singer Lionel Richie -- on Thursday's "Larry King Live," Nicole said she and partner Joel Madden have other priorities.

"Right now, we're really, really focused on our family, we're focused on our foundation, and as far as feeling that need of commitment, we both really have that in each other," she told Larry. "Of course when I was a little girl, you dream about getting married, and that is definitely a dream of mine one day."

Nicole is expecting the couple's second child, and added that she doesn't know yet if 16-month-old daughter Harlow, who also appeared on "Larry King Live," will be joined by a brother or a sister.

"We want the surprise... what is there really to plan?" she said. "I'll get the clothes after."

Lionel, however, is hoping for a boy - and it sounds like the father-to-be is, too.

"Joel and I are having powwows," Lionel said.
