Two months after Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise renewed their wedding vows in 2001, Tom filed for divorce! Now, in a strange turn of events, Katie Holmes is the one filing for divorce from Tom after 5 years of marriage! You’d think Nicole and Katie would have a lot to talk about, but Nicole is reportedly keeping mum on the subject!
Sources close to Nicole told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column that the Australian actress does not want to get involved in Tom’s love life in any way!
“Nicole won’t talk, wants her privacy, wants to be left out of this and they (she and Cruise) don’t speak much,” said an insider. “Communication between her and Tom is very limited.”
Reportedly, Nicole is refusing to see her friends as well in hopes of steering clear of the subject matter!
“Nicole really does not want to be dragged into this or say anything to anyone,” said the source. “At some point though, she will probably be forced to say something, and she will most likely support Tom for the sake of their children.”
