Nick Carter has opened up to Usmagazine.com about
his mother's arrest on Thursday.
"I love my mother and offer her my full support in these
unfortunate circumstances," Carter tells Us.
Jane Carter was booked after she failed to appear in a Florida
court for a hearing about her divorce from John Holcomb, according
to TMZ.com.

Among the accusations, Jane is accused of trashing their former
residence.
An order was issued for her arrest after she skipped the hearing.
She was arrested at a ceremony in Sumter County, FL, where she was
working for a
construction company.
Nick and his brother Aaron cut Jane their former manager out of
their lives in 2005, claiming she was more concerned with money
then being a mom.
"I think, mainly what we're saying now, is that we were starved for
that attention, of a motherly figure," Carter told
20/20.

But a source close to Nick - who is now based in Nashville,
Tennessee, tells Us the singer is now on speaking terms with
Jane.
"He's been mending his relationship with his mom for quite some
time and that he is in such a healthy, productive place in his
life, looking better than ever," the insider tells Us. "He's
focused on the current Backstreet Boys tour and in studio writing
with hit-makers including Desmond Child and Jeffrey Steele for both
Backstreet Boys and his solo project.
