LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Naomi Watts and boyfriend Liev Schreiber are expecting their second child together, according to Us Weekly.

The 39-year-old actress is reportedly in her second trimester.

Watts and Schreiber, 40, welcomed their first son, Alexander Pete, in July 2007.

The star couple met on the set of the 2006 drama "The Painted Veil."

When contacted by Us Weekly, a rep for Watts said she doesn't comment on her client's personal life.

Watts was last seen on the big screen, opposite Viggo Mortensen, in the drama "Eastern Promises." Next up, she will share the screen with Clive Owen in the action thriller "The International," slated for an early 2009 release.

Again w/ the not being married thing.. Jazzy y is that such a big deal 2 u? Marriage is a piece of paper in a courthouse, ooo n u get 2 wear a shiny ring.. how does that affect raising your kid? I think its great that they are having a kid if thats what they want.. Congrats!

jazzy, some people dont think getting married is that big a deal. you dont have to be married to have kids, or have to get married if you have kids. you can be in love and have kids without being married, not a big deal.
