Naomi Campbell 's has settled in court with a former maid that accused the model of hitting her and calling her names.
Campbell's lawyer says both sides are happy with the outcome, the Associated Press reports. The settlement's terms are confidential.
Look back at the biggest scandals of 2008!Gaby Gibson, who worked from Campbell from November 2005 to January 2006, filed a lawsuit in Manhattan that claimed that Campbell threatened to have her arrested for theft after she couldn't find a pair of her designer jeans.
Campbell denies the claim, and was never charged with any crime.
Gibson's lawyer did not return calls for comment.
This isn't the first time Campbell has appeared in court against a member of her housekeeping staff.
In 2007, she pled guilty to assault for throwing a cell phone at another former maid, Ana Scolavino, and was sentenced to anger management classes and five days of community service.
