  I have read this on different sites, and she actually said he was consuming a lot of alcohol. Now if she really was a friend to him and his family, why didn't she offer to drive, and if she did ask, why get in the car with someone whom she claimed was drinking all night. She is not a good person at all, she should be so grateful for their life being spared.

  At what point do you stop taking responsibility for your own choices? She got into the car with him by her own choice and they got into an accident. Even if he was drinking, she still made the choice to get into the car. Only if he ran off the road on purpoose should she have the right to sue!!!!!!!!!!!!
