The teens and tweens of the U.S.A. have spoken, and the worst celebrity influence of 2009 is . . . Miley Cyrus.
JSYK.com (Just So You Know), AOL's pop culture blog aimed at 9-15 year olds, recently tallied 44,594 online votes for its first, eponymous awards.
In its "Worst Celeb Influence" category, Cyrus garnered 42% of votes -- easily beating out an on-the-mend Britney Spears (27%) and VMAs-spoiler Kanye West (19%). Caught in a nude photo scandal, Vanessa Hudgens charted at 9%, while Shia LeBeouf's public intoxication scuffles snagged him 3%.

The 16 year-old Cyrus came under fire for dancing with a stripper pole at the Teen Choice Awards in August -- as well as a leaked snapshot of her making culturally insensitive "slanty eyes." In June 2008, her semi-nude Vanity Fair cover also caused a major stir.
The singer-actress told Ryan Seacrest Friday that her cameo in Sex and the City 2 was "the best job I've ever done . . . a total dream come true," she gushed, also noting that "I shot for like an hour and a half, and I was done."
But Miley isn't the only family member in the news this week: little sister Noah, 9, wore a provocative, dominatrix-like Halloween costume at an event last weekend. "We're forced to question [parents] Billy Ray and Tish's judgment," Eonline sniffed of the age-inappropriate look.

On the flipside, the Just So You Know Awards found Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Emma Watson scoring in the "Best Celeb Influence" category.
