LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Miley Cyrus & Nick Jonas may have put their love affair behind them, but the Disney stars are reuniting for a new song, E! Online reported.
Miley will join her former opening act, The Jonas Brothers, and other stars to record a track called "Pass It On," a song a source told the site is "Disney's version of [charity anthem] 'We Are the World.' It's about kindness and passing it on."

The track was reportedly penned by Adam Anders and Nikki Hassman, the songwriters behind the "Hannah Montana The Movie" hit "Hoedown Throwdown."
It's not the Jonas' only new project -- the trio will star in the new Disney comedy series "JONAS," which premieres on May 2.

But as for the teens' former relationship, it's clear that Miley's moved on.
"My boyfriend? He's here," she told Access of model Justin Gaston at the "Hannah" premiere on Thursday. "He... wanted tonight to be my special night."
