She may only be 15, but
Miley Cyrus already is thinking about
higher education.
"I was online the other day looking at colleges," Cyrus (who
studies with a tutor) tells
E! News. "I want to go in
London. I'd like to do fashion and then photography."

In the meantime, the singer who celebrates her birthday in November
is plotting out her Sweet 16.
"I'm into having just a good ol' pool party or, like, [going to]
the beach with a couple of friends," she says. "I dont want to feel
like I have to entertain the whole time."

The singer doesn't have to wait until November to celebrate: She
just scored her second No. 1 album in a little over a year.
Breakout sold 371,000 copies in the week ending July 27,
according to Nielsen SoundScan.

It is the second-biggest sales week of the year for a female
artist, following the 463,000 debut of
Mariah
Carey's
E=MC2 in April.
Her last album, the
Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus,
debuted at No. 1 last July with 326,000.
