The 26-year-old Rycroft -- who was honored for her glam new look since her split with Bachelor Jason Mesnick -- admitted all the attention was overwhelming.
"I feel like I am a normal girl in L.A. now!" said the Dallas native, who was spotted practicing some moves with her DWTS partner Tony Dovolani in their booth throughout the night. "It's weird. It's awesome. It's so surreal."

(Rycroft also came face to face with one of Mesnick's exes. "We actually just met here tonight!" DeAnna Pappas told Us.)

In one of her first public appearances since her split with Samantha Ronson , Lindsay Lohan also attended the event.
The 22-year-old actress, who was with her sister Ali, skipped the red carpet and entered through a backdoor.
"I'm doing really good," she told Us before heading to a swag suite and jumping into a photo booth with Fergie , Us' Style Icon of the Year.

"It feels amazing," Fergie -- in DSquared dress and an Alexander McQueen for Target vest -- told Us of being honored. "I have taken so many punches over the years for what I've worn. It's really nice when people are open when a person is creative and not afraid to take risks."

In addition to Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt and Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian , The Hills cast also partied the night away -- days before Heidi and Spencer's big wedding.
"There's a wedding this weekend?" Lauren Conrad asked Us sarcastically. "I am not planning on [going], no."

One of the last to leave? Holly Madison .
"I need to fill my own life and not be associated with a boyfriend for awhile," the ex of Hugh Hefner and Criss Angel told Us. "It's just really fun because Im finally free to do things that I wasn't able to do for so long. It's a time of a lot of adventure."
