The star, 23, has signed on to model for the new Emporio Armani Underwear and Armani Jeans campaigns, Women's Wear Daily reports.

Fox's Armani ads -- which were photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott in Los Angeles this past weekend -- will begin running worldwide in January. She will appear in print ads as well as billboards.

The Transformers star succeeds Victoria Beckham, who stripped down to her skivvies this past year alongside husband David Beckham.

The soccer star has also been replaced as the face of Emporio Armani's men's line by Portuguese player Cristiano Ronaldo. Unlike the previous pair, Ronaldo and Fox will not appear together in any of the upcoming ads.
