ABC's hit show
Lost has two seasons left, but
Matthew Fox is already getting ready for the series finale.
"Personally, it's a relief," the
Lost star says in the January/February issue of
Details (on newsstands Jan. 20). "I owe this show a great amount, and I think it's exceptionally good... [but] I am looking forward to the freedom that comes with not working on one project professionally."
Although fans are still looking forward to the show's fifth season premiere, Fox says he has "some idea" about how it all will end.

Lost and see a pretty amazing character arc.
"We started the show with [his character, Jack] being this hero who had no concept of what that required, sort of trying to live up to the expectations... and then finding the way to redeem himself," he says.

Lost does come to a close in May 2010, Fox plans to move from Hawaii, where they film the series, to central Oregon.
"My major motivation is to be closer to family," Fox, 42, says. "My brother is there, my mother is there. I really miss that kind of wide-open space."
