  Can't be like Locklear and plead a lesser charge and get no time if he goes to jail for speeding then there is something wrong with this system.

  Speeding tickets are used for revenue enhancement. Matt will probably get a lawyer, cut a plea and pay the fine. DA's have budgets, prosecuting Matt is a losing proposition and could backfire if it appears to be selective prosecution.

  What's rediculous is that he was "arrested" for driving 106 mph... It's likely that the only reason he was arrested for that speed was because he was an out of state resident. He won't spend time in jail and he'll likely have the ticket reduced from reckless driving to a regular speeding ticket. In PA, it doesn't matter how fast you are

  I hope he doesn't go to jail; if anyone had gotten hurt, I'd say send him to prison, but since nothing happened, he shouldn't go to jail...

  i think that matt needs to go jail because he is no different from nobody else the only thing is different is that he got money. he could have kill somebody. this is not a joke! i feel that he should'nt have to pay 300. it should be more.
