Matt Dillon was arrested last night for speeding in Newbury, Vermont.

According to WCAX-TV News in Vermont, police stopped the actor after he was reportedly driving 106 mph -- 41 mph faster than the 65 speed limit -- on Interstate 91.

Dillon is due in court next month on a charge of excessive speeding.

The movie star, 44, most recently appeared in You, Me and Dupree and Nothing But the Truth.
