Mariah Carey is turning heads! The singer has lost the weight she gained while expecting twins, Monroe and Moroccan, in record time. It took only three months to shed thirty of the pounds she gained while expecting with the help of the Jenny Craig diet plan. That's right, the singer has signed on to be the new 'face' of the diet program which has featured fellow celebrities Kirstie Alley, Valerie Bertinelli, Sara Rue, and Carrie Fisher.
"I gained an enormous amount of weight," Carey told US Weekly. "People don't want to hear you complain. It's a blessing - they want to hear that. And it is a blessing - I got doubly blessed - but with twins, they wreak havoc on your body."
For her plan, Mariah waited for three months after welcoming the twins before starting on her regime of healthy eating and exercise. Her personal plan includes a 1,500 daily calorie count and exercising three times per week. It sure seems to be working based on the new curves she showed off on "The Rosie Show" Tuesday night!
With her dramatic weight loss, Mariah joins an exclusive club of celebrity moms who have gone from pregnant to red carpet ready in no time flat. Here's a look at some celebrity moms who lost the pregnancy weight in record time:
Heidi Klum: No celebrity has gone from pregnant to perfect as quickly as this supermodel mom. The mom-of-four strutted her stuff down the runway in a thong just two months after welcoming her second child in 2005. The former Victoria's Secret model credits breastfeeding and the help of celebrity trainer David Kirsch for getting her in runway shape in record time.
Halle Berry: The Oscar went from baby bumpalicious to toned and trim in only three months after welcoming daughter Nahla. She credits her active lifestyle while pregnant coupled with an slow transition back to exercising after giving birth with helping her shed the pregnancy weight.
Tori Spelling: She was always known for her super trim curves until she welcomed her first child Liam. In the new position of needing to trim down, the reality star turned to Nutrisystem to help get her back to her healthy eating habits.
