Marc Anthony Officially Files for Divorce from Jennifer Lopez
Marc Anthony filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez on Monday, People reports.
The 43-year-old singer filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. Anthony requested joint physical custody of their twins, Max and Emme, who the American Idol judge gave birth to in 2008. He is also asking a judge to deny spousal support to Lopez, 42, whom he married in 2004.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony split
Last July, Anthony and Lopez said they were separating after seven years of marriage. They called the decision difficult, but amicable. The pair are set to perform together at the live Q'Viva show being held in Las Vegas on May 26.
