LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- A man who showed up at Ryan Seacrest's place of work last week was charged on Monday with stalking the "American Idol" host, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office confirmed to Access Hollywood.
Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr., 25, will be arraigned on the charge on Tuesday at the Criminal Justice Center in LA.

Uzomah was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of attempted disobeying of a court order on October 2 and October 30, Deputy District Wendy Segall with the Stalking and Threat Assessment Team said in a statement.
Uzomah was arrested on Friday at E!, where Seacrest works taping his daily television show. Later on the same day, Seacrest filed and obtained a temporary restraining order against the man.

Authorities revealed on Monday that Uzomah also allegedly turned up on October 2 at KIIS FM in Burbank, Calif., "looking for Seacrest," the DA's office said in a statement.
As previously reported by the Associated Press, Uzomah pleaded guilty last month to three misdemeanors: assault, battery and possession of a switchblade knife, stemming from another incident involving Seacrest.
Police arrested Uzomah in September after he tried to enter Seacrest's vehicle as the TV host and radio DJ left a charity appearance at Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Orange County police Sgt. Dan Adams told the AP at the time that Uzomah choked one of the guards, who nearly became unconscious.
After pleading guilty to the three counts, Uzomah was sentenced to 15 days in jail, three years probation and ordered to stay away from Seacrest.
If convicted on the counts, Uzomah faces up to four years in state prison.
