"Mad Men" star Vincent Kartheiser and his character's Season 5 fling are engaged! Kartheiser recently popped the question to actress Alexis Bledel, who co-starred as his "Mad Men" mistress in a three-episode story arc last season. The former "Gilmore Girls" actress was previously linked to actor Milo Ventimiglia, who played her boyfriend on that series.
While we're mad about this impending "Mad Men" marriage, check out these other stars who found a made-for-TV mate.
The "That '70's Show" co-stars had to fast forward a few decades (and past Kutcher's marriage to Demi Moore), but it's official: Jackie and Kelso are back together! And the relationship seems to be headed for next step, with the "Oz: The Great and Powerful" beauty reportedly moving in with her "'70's Show" beau. In a recent interview with James Franco for Playboy, Kunis said, "I want a family -- just, like, one day, not tomorrow. I want to be a present mom. When I was growing up both my mom and dad worked full-time …You have to make compromises."
Back in her "Beverly Hills 90210" days, Tori Spelling had an "insta-crush" on co-star Brian Austin Green. In her 2008 tell-all book, "sTORI telling," she wrote: "We had something going over the years we worked together. We were always fighting, making up, having fun and hating each other." While their characters, Donna and David, got married on the series finale of the high school hit, Spelling went on to marry Dean McDermott -- whom she also met on a TV movie set -- and have a bunch of babies with him.
Rachel and Finn's relationship may be dunzo, but "Glee" co-stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith aren't done with their real life relationship. (Talk about cute commitment: Michele was recently spotted wearing a gold "Cory" necklace during a shopping spree!) They've been an item for over a year, and "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy played a big part in their real life hookup. Murphy told E! Online, "I directed them in their first scene together and they had that sort of chemistry that you can't fake, and I said, 'Uh-oh.' So I did kind of know. I take credit."
Yes, long before Tom Cruise was jumping on couches to proclaim his love for Katie Holmes, her "Dawson's Creek" co-star was her main squeeze. Now Tom and Pacey are both out, but back in the day Holmes revealed that Jackson was her "first love."
"The Vampire Diaries" stars are only human! While Nina Dobrev once vowed that she would never date one of her co-stars, it appears that Ian Somerhalder's good looks and charm were too much of a temptation. But don't expect to hear wedding bells in the near future. Last summer, a 23-year old Dobrev told Canada's FASHION magazine, "Eventually I am going to marry and have a family, but not anytime soon. I'm not going to pull a Miley."
