  she wants out of the conservertership, which she has stated that she does, and she is being prevented from seeing a civil-rights lawyer--, and she is clearly rational (normal) when she speaks--then all this makes the conservertership illegal..there are alot of dumb chiks - that is not enough to violate someones basic rights. personal cons are for people with alzheimers type mental disorders..

  Get help Brit! you maybe getting older but not mentally. If dad isn't there on day to day decisions she would screw up again. She's not stupid just mentally not mature. Don't if it will ever happen, she can't handle being a mom or the responsibilites, Brit needs help, Dad once gone and not in control will watch Brit fail and possibly screw up bit time.

  TC, where have her basic civil rights been violated?? She was in court, her conservatorship was done legally, she was and still is a danger to herself and to her children, that was proven by herself. Her affairs are under protection, spending like crazy, 3 homes, 7 cars all new, she would abandon one with a flat and buy another, she even had to be taught to care for her kids, CPS trainer at home.

  These are not simple manic episodes,everything was not revealed about her condition and lets not forget her being carted off twice, locking herself in the bathroom with a baby for hours, shaving head, she looked filthy, driving erratically.   Oh i don't know what i'm talking about? the She does not need help feeding herself,she practices good personal hygine; these types of conserverterships are only for people with very serious mental illness..not just someone who is prone to manic episodes. Seems like she under duress and prevented from seeking legal help.
