Lisa Rinna prep for her May issue of
Playboy?

not working out.
Rinna, 45, tells Usmagazine.com that photographer Deborah Anderson gave her the specific order.
"She knows that I'm a workout fiend and she said, 'Lisa, I don't want you to work out, and I don't want you to starve yourself before the shoot, because I know you will,'" Rinna tells Us.
Can you believe these stars are in their 40s?When she agreed to bare all, Rinna says she thought, "'OK, I've really got to limit my food intake and be really good. I've got to workout everyday, twice a day, like crazy.'"
Can you guess whose abs these are?But Anderson told her she didn't want her "muscular, hard, sinewy." She needed to look "soft and beautiful," Rinna recalls.
Says the star, "At first I was like, 'Oh, forget it!' But then I listened to her and said, 'You know what? I've got to trust her. She's an amazing photographer.'"
See Us' Weight Winners of 2008It wasn't easy.
"I had to really remind myself every time, and go, 'It's OK to eat!'" Rinna tells Us. "She would email me constantly, 'Are you starving yourself?' and I would email back, 'No.'"

In the end, Rinna says, "I felt great -- and I looked great! I'm really pleased with how my body looked in
Playboy."
