Lindsay Price is playing coy about her new beau, How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor .

"I'm so shy talking about that stuff!" the Lipstick Jungle actress tells Usmagazine.com.

She did, however, admit to meeting Radnor's mom.

"I have actually [met her], but it wasn't a 'situation,'" Price says. "They were in town, and they all got together."

Price, who met Radnor when guest-starring on an episode of his CBS sitcom in 2007, says that they have "been friends for awhile, and we have mutual friends in common."

Although the two were photographed flirting and laughing together at a Knicks-Celtics game in NYC on Friday, Price might already have plans for Valentine's Day.

"There is always a regular brunch that I do with my family," Price told Us at the Armani Exchange Kiss for a Cause event in NYC on Saturday. "It started in junior high school when it was which boy has a crush on me.

"It's such a heightened feeling for people that are already emotional to feel lonely or ultra-romantic," she says about the holiday. "My parents started at a pretty early age with this. We always have a champagne toast and give each other cards -- it's pretty cute."

"I don't know, I don't know," Price says, smiling. "It will be a fun Valentine's Day this year, I think."
