    Lindsay Lohan Sued for Allegedly Hitting Nanny With Maserati

    A Los Angeles judge may have praised Lindsay Lohan's recent positive behavior, the actress found herself again in trouble with the law Wednesday, as she faced a lawsuit stemming from a 2010 car crash.

    California nanny Nubia Del Carmen Preza is suing the 25-year-old actress for unspecified damages in connection with a September 2010 car crash.

    TMZ reports the nanny was pushing a stroller across a West Hollywood intersection when she was hit by Lohan, who ran a red light in her Maserati sports car.

    While the child escaped injury, the nanny claims she was hurt, which is why she brought the charges Wednesday.

    According to the Associated Press, Preza argues she suffered "disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish" and is seeking damages for medical bills and missed hours of work.

    A spokesman for Lohan tells the AP neither his client nor her attorneys had been served with the lawsuit and did not comment.

    The actress remains on probation for a 2007 drunk driving arrest.

      If any of you people were pushing a baby in a stroller and you were hit by Lohan, who ran a red light while driving her schmancy Maserati, you would sue her too. She was probably methed up or drunk or...scratching herself or something.

      why is it that people here assume that just because a person has a name of Spanish origin theyre illegal?........NO WHERE in this article is there even a hint that the nanny was here illegally! .........that being said, lets face it......Lindsay is a doofus........one step above Kardashian........without the makeup shes ugly as a mud fence and she cant act her way out of a paper bag.....actually the Playboy shoot is her biggest claim to fame.........shes just sad........
