"The timing wasn't right, right now," Lohan told Jay Leno on Tuesday night. "I love her, I'm a big fan of Barbara Walters. When it's right she knows she'll be the first person I sit down with.

Although Lohan was on Tonight Show to promote her upcoming television movie Liz & Dick, Leno wasted no time before asking about her personal life, including the canceled interview, if she regrets getting into acting at such a young age and the new half-sister of whom she just learned. Lohan had just one thing to say: "I could give her one word of advice: Good luck with my dad."
