Lindsay Lohan Relapses

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (January 3, 2008) Lindsay Lohan relapsed in her struggle to stay sober, a lawyer for the star confirmed to Access Hollywood.

While in Italy to receive an honor for her film work, the actress was videotaped taking a drink from a champagne bottle on the dance floor at a New Year 's Eve Party.

"After being handed a champagne bottle on New Years Eve and drinking from it, fortunately Lindsay immediately stopped herself, called her sponsor and got back on track.," Lindsay's lawyer Blair Berk told Access Hollywood. "There is no magic cure here. The most unfortunate part of this is that Lindsay has to share her 'one day at a time' with the entire world."

The actress completed a 63-day stay at Utah's Cirque Lodge rehab facility in October.
