
Lindsay Lohan is due in court today for what could be her last appearance in front of Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner - and the actress is planning a celebration with her sister Ali.
"This will be the last time we see you in front of a judge?" Lindsay was asked by paparazzi outside the L.A. County morgue on Wednesday.

"Yes," the 25-year-old said with a smile.
And if her final probation update goes according to plan, how does the star plan to celebrate?

"Dinner with my sister," she said referring to younger sister Ali.
When asked about her attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley - who has represented Lindsay during her rollercoaster legal woes - the actress praised her.
"She's still a good person in my life, she's been there for me," she said.

If Judge Sautner ends Lindsay's probation on Thursday, she will remain on informal probation until May 2014 and will not have to report to a probation officer or a judge.
On Tuesday, a rep for the actress confirmed to Access Hollywood that Lindsay will appear in an upcoming episode of "Glee," playing herself as a celebrity judge at Nationals.
