Just hours after the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed an arrest warrant had been issued for
Lindsay Lohan on Friday, the actress was spotted going grocery shopping and partying at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont.
After shopping at Gelson's supermarket in West Hollywood Friday evening, Lohan, 22, was escorted home by police -- but not taken into custody -- before she headed out again to Chateau Marmont.
Later in the evening, the actress was spotted at
Jack Nicholson 's home, where she stayed until 4:30 a.m. before returning to girlfriend
Samantha Ronson 's home.
On Saturday, Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, confirmed to Us that the actress has adhered to the conditions of her probation resulting from a 2007 DUI arrest.
"Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court," Holley said. "The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week."
