Lohan has had several other police run-ins in the past year-- including a car crash in which she lied about being the driver-- but this most recent incident could really land her in hot water.
Of course, LiLo is not the only Hollywood brawler. Check out these other celebs who've thrown punches in 2012.
In June, rappers Chris Brown, Drake, and assorted entourage members got into it at a SoHo nightclub, causing a temporary shutdown of the bar and sending several club-goers to the hospital. While the rappers' versions of the how the fight began were vastly different, liquor bottles were thrown and several people were injured, including Eva Longoria's ex, Tony Parker, who suffered an eye injury from the flying shards of glass. Parker later sued the club, and the rappers were reportedly offered a boxing match gig.
Halle Berry's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, spent Thanksgiving Day duking it out, and their violent scuffle has made the actress's nasty child custody battle front page news. While Martinez claims Aubry attacked him, the former model says it's the other way around, and that Martinez actually threatened to kill him. Restraining orders are in place for the whole lot of them, Aubry is bruised and bloodied, and Martinez is wearing brace on his hand, but the biggest victim in this ugly mess is Berry's 4-year old daughter, Nahla.
The "Jersey Shore" cast
Pregnant Snooki missed this one, but in June her "Jersey Shore" cast mates were involved in a massive bar brawl. Jenni " JWOWW" Farley, "Pauly D" Delvecchio, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino fought with hecklers at the Seaside Heights hotspot Bamboo Bar. A source told Us Weekly the instigators got into the cast members' faces and it eventually turned into a club-wide brawl. (JWOWW reportedly even fought the guys!) The source said "Jersey Shore" cast member Vinny Guadagnino wasn't involved in the scuffle because "he's a lover, not a fighter."
Cuba Gooding Jr.
In July, Cuba Gooding Jr. got into an altercation with a female bartender at a New Orleans drinking establishment. An arrest warrant was later issued after the actor shoved the bartender at the Bourbon Street bar and called her "racist" when she told him to leave. The bartender claimed Gooding was intoxicated and cursing at patrons who were snapping pictures of him, and a source said Gooding then shoved her against the wall. The bartender later dropped charges against Gooding, but suffice it to say he came very close to showing the bail money.
Perhaps for 2013 all of these celebs should just stay out of da club….
