She's only been out of rehab for a few days, but Lindsay Lohan is already making the small screen rounds in attempt to repair her tarnished career. (Oh, and plug her latest movie, "The Canyons!")
Following last week's rehab release, the troubled starlet has already taped her highly-anticipated interview with Oprah Winfrey (the "Oprah's Next Chapter" sit-down will air on August 18 on OWN) and she stopped by Chelsea Handler's late night chat fest for a guest-hosting gig.
The trailer for the Oprah interview doesn't show Lohan talking, but it does give a sneak peek at the grilling the troubled starlet clearly got from the OWN head honcho.
"Are you an addict?" Oprah asks her, before continuing with, "What does it feel like to be both an adjective and a verb for child-star-gone-wrong?" (Wow, no mincing words here, huh Oprah?)
While Lohan looks ultra uneasy in the short teaser -- you can see it here -- she looks to be much more comfortable on Handler's show, "Chelsea Lately."
That's right, although OWN is touting Oprah's exclusive interview with Lohan (the promo dubs it a "television event"), Handler may have one-upped her by nabbing the 27-year-old actress for a hilarious guest hosting stint on the E! late night show a full two weeks before the OWN interview is set to air!
A series of sneak peek videos for "Chelsea Lately" preview Lohan showing her sharp-tongued, snarky side (kind of like Handler herself), while poking fun at herself as well as celebs like One Direction's Harry Styles and actress Kristen Stewart.
Sitting in the hosting chair and calling all of the shots, Lohan jokes about rumors about Styles's sex life (as in, his claim that he doesn't have one), and says she's glad that Stewart "finally showed some emotion" after she was caught screaming at a tabloid photographer.
"I will say this, of course she hates photographers," Lohan says of the "Twilight" star. "They got a picture of her kissing a married man in a Mini Cooper." (Oh snap! That was a direct hit at Stewart's alleged fling with her "Snow White and the Huntsmen" director Rupert Sanders.)
Next up, Oprah's cameras will follow Lohan around for an eight-part OWN docu-series about her life following rehab. And while we admit the actress looks refreshed and healthier than ever, this seems like a post-rehab whirlwind already.
Of course, she went out the same way she's coming back in. Right before her court-ordered stay started in May, Lohan sat down with late night host David Letterman and it almost seemed like a celebrity roast! At the time, Dave called rehab a "career saver" for Lohan -- and he may have been right. She certainly seems to be getting a lot of material out of it.
