As if Lindsay Lohan wasn't already quite familiar with the legal system, she's been arrested again. On November 29, the actress was arrested at club Avenue in NYC after she allegedly hit a woman in the face. She was charged with misdemeanor third degree assault and was released a few hours later. According to eonline.com, a source reports that the woman is visiting from Florida with her husband. Although the 26-year-old has already racked up a lengthy arrest record, she's not the only celeb who's been arrested for assault.

You may not be familiar with her name, but very likely with her face. The former star of "That 70s Show" was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault on November 26 in North Carolina after getting into an argument and altercation with her husband. She was previously arrested in March for spousal abuse (but the charges were dropped) and was arrested in 2010 for DUI. She played Laurie Forman on the series and the sister to Topher Grace's character, Eric Forman.
In the wee hours of October 17, the rapper - whose real name is William J. Drayton - was arrested in Las Vegas for felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic violence battery after he allegedly threatened his fiancee's teenage son with a knife and also reportedly got into it with his fiancee. The argument reportedly started over allegations that Flav cheated on his fiancee of 8 years, Elizabeth Trujillo.
The former "American Idol" contestant made news at the end of 2011 when he and his boyfriend, Sauli Koskinen , were arrested in Finland after getting arrested outside Helsinki gay bar, Don't Tell Mama. The fight allegedly started in the club and spilled out onto the street. Lambert also reportedly got into it with those who tried to stop the fight. Although police were investigating four possible charges of assault, the couple was questioned and released. The couple continued to date after the incident.
