Two steps forward, one step back. Lindsay Lohan is in trouble with the law once again.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Lohan is being accused of battery. A woman filed a report to the West Hollywood Sheriff's Station on April 7 claiming the 25-year-old actress shoved her at a West Hollywood nightclub on April 5.
Lohan completed the probation requirements for her 2007 DUI case on March 29 and was given given strict orders by her judge.

"Stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work," Judge Stephanie Sautner warned.
Easier said than done.
The recent complaint is now under investigation, but Lohan's publicist Steve Honig believes nothing will come of it.
Honig says, "As of right now, all indicators are that this is yet another example of somebody looking for either money, 15 minutes of fame, or a little bit of both."
