LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- LeAnn Rimes has vowed to hold her head high after the wife of her Lifetime movie co-star, Eddie Cibrian, lashed out at her in the press and called her a "stalker."
"You know what, I'm a classy woman, I'm never ever going to battle anything out in the press," LeAnn told People magazine.

Earlier this week, Brandi Glanville, Eddie's wife, told the new issue of Us Weekly that LeAnne is "a stalker."
"She refuses to leave us alone - it is shameful and scary," Brandi claimed. "People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."

Earlier this year, in the run up to the release of their Lifetime film "Northern Lights," Us Weekly alleged that LeAnn and Eddie were having an affair, a report shot down by Eddie himself.
"Other than being friends and two actors who were romantically intertwined in a movie-for-television we filmed last fall, there is no truth to the reporting initiated by US [Weekly]," Eddie said in a statement to Access Hollywood at the time.
But it appears there is bad blood, with Brandi now claiming in Us Weekly that her husband cut off ties with LeAnn two months ago. Additionally, she claims her husband changed his phone number because of LeAnn's "constant texting and calling."

LeAnn, however, refused to be drawn into the fray.
"It is what it is," she told the mag. "I can't control other people but I can control what I say and what I don't. I refuse to get down on any one else's level and I'm going to take the high road on everything."
LeAnn said she believes continuing the discussion could hurt others, including her spouse, Dean Sheremet.
"I would never want to hurt my husband or anyone else with more lies dragged out in the press," LeAnn added.
But while LeAnn has refused to respond to the allegations, her rep did, calling the comments made by Eddie's wife "incredibly defamatory."
