Newlywed singer LeAnn Rimes has faced a lot of scrutiny over her weight these past few months. Now, it's happening again. The 28-year-old singer posted a couple of bikini shots while honeymooning in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with husband Eddie Cibrian.
Of course, she looks very thin -- and fans replied, showing concern.
"Whoa, you're scary skinny! Sorry don't mean to offend but that's a lot of bones showing through skin..." one fan wrote.
"Those are called abs, not bones, love," Rimes replied. "This is my body and I can promise you I'm a healthy girl. I'm just lean. Thx for your concern but no need to be."
However, something tells us she's not really that confident in her body. Why? She constantly tweets about food -- what she's eating, what she's making, etc -- to show people that yes, she really does eat.
"Boston Dog's sliders and French fries in the Cabo airport are so good! Anyone coming here try them!!!" Rimes tweeted in the airport on her way back from her honeymoon.
And that's hardly the only time.
"LOVE Thin Mint Cookies! I never know where to buy GS Cookies, so I'm always elated when someone I know has them! Love Thin Mints frozen!" Rimes tweeted about her love for Girl Scout cookies.
And again to quiet the haters.
@KarlaHoffman last time we ordered pizza for the boys at our house you were there and I didn't pass it up. You've witnessed it!"
" Wrapped for the day! Food, iChat, bed! How about you guys?" she wrote on May 17.
She also likes sushi.
"Sushi!!!!!!!!!" Rimes wrote on May 23, along with a picture of the said sushi.
She sure does love it.
"Omg, sushi makes me so happy!!! Date night before 4 days of kiddos. Loving life!!! Hope you all have a great night," she wrote back in October.
You get the point. We do hope that Rimes is healthy and that she's not tweeting incessantly about food to cover up some serious eating issues, but we're not so sure.
Why do we say that? You know the people who protest about something too much are really covering up for their own issues. Plus, it seems like her body issues didn't start until she got with Cibrian.
Maybe he has something to do with it? Who really knows, but it does seem suspicious.
And maybe she shouldn't tweet so much if she doesn't want people questioning her?
What do you think: Is LeAnn Rimes healthy or covering up personal eating issues?
