Lauren Conrad's latest beau, My Boys star Kyle Howard, won't be making any cameos on The Hills.

"There's very little that I'm able to keep to myself through the show and through media, so if there's anything I can, I try to," Conrad, 22, tells USA Today.

Despite starring on the show, many of her BFFs have maintained successful love lives because they have kept them private, she says.

"I think that everyone has been in that situation," says the reality star, who has dated Brody Jenner, Jason Wahler and Stephen Colletti. "Lo [Bosworth] has a boyfriend she has been dating over a year who you never see on camera. Whitney [Port] had a boyfriend for a year."

Conrad also says she has had "a hard time" maintaining friendships as a result of being in the limelight.

"I think the media and fame tie into that," she says. "It changes people."

She continues to deny rumors that she recently hooked up with Audrina
Patridge's on-and-off fling Justin Bobby in Las Vegas.

"I wasn't even there," Conrad tells USA Today. "I wasn't even in the state."

    i think its a great thing that she is keeping that to herself. i mean its great to watch but she does need some to keep to her self. i'm really excited about the new session of the hills. i hope that heidi and spencer will come to a end and lc and heidi will be friends again.

    Heidi is a stupid _____! If u cant maintain a relationship with ur bff, bf, and family then u dont need n e body and they dont need u. LC was there first and always has been. Spencer is a _____ sucker who has no life and wants Heidi for himself. They need to get there own planet far far away from here. The episode when her mom cried becuz they were fussing didnt make sense. I would neva do that!!
