Like most stylish celebs at the 2012 Met Ball in NYC on May 7, Kristen Stewart went all out for the fashionable evening in her finest red carpet attire! With designer Nicholas Ghesquiere by her side, the 22-year-old turned up in a shiny Balenciaga frock, complete with animal print and color block details. While we love seeing the Snow White and the Huntsman star so dressed up, it wasn’t long before Kristen slipped into something a bit more comfortable!

After glamming it up on the red carpet, K-Stew returned to her signature casual yet edgy style. While stepping out to enjoy a star-studded after-party at the The Standard Hotel, she changed into a much less formal outfit, consisting of skinny jeans, a white tee and a leather jacket — one of Kristen’s favorite go-to styles! This isn’t the first time we spotted the star in the quilted leather jacket — in fact, she wore it all over Paris just a month ago!
