Kristen Stewart was in Paris, France earlier this week, and though she returned home on Wednesday, on Monday night she was posing with Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld for a photo shoot. She was in the City of Light without beau Robert Pattinson, but appeared to be having a grand time and was all smiles as she spoke with reporters and fans before leaving the venue.
At one point the 21-year-old was seen giving someone "the bird," and while it's unknown exactly who it was directed to, we imagine it might have been a member of the paparazzi.
The beautiful "Twilight" star has come a long way from her grungy tomboy days to becoming a glamorous woman, and just last month she landed her first high profile fashion gig as the face of the newest Balenciaga fragrance for women.
When she landed the deal, Stewart remarked that the brand was cool, and told Women's Wear Daily that Balenciaga has always stood out to her, saying, " Even when I first began to consider fashion and admittedly rarely knew the brand I was wearing, I always recognized and loved Balenciaga . It feels full circle to be involved with something that spoke to me then and of course continues to excite me now."
It's exciting to watch the young star evolve into the striking actress she's become.
Cameron Diaz is another celebrity who was in the city of Paris recently. She posed with some of her famous pals, including actress Diane Kruger at the Versace Haute Couture show. The pair even wore color coordinated outfits, with the "Charlie's Angels" star in black and white and the German actress in monochrome.
Sporting a new slicked back short hairstyle, Diaz also posed with model Bar Refaeli and the famed Italian fashion designer, Donatella Versace.
Just before the holidays, teen sensation treated his lucky girlfriend, Selena Gomez , to a $1,100 per night Paris hotel suite. Talk about romantic! The room was said to be the most beautiful penthouse suite and overlooked the Eiffel Tower.
The young couple was said to only leave the room for a Louis Vuitton shopping spree for the actress and several dinners. The hotel staff said the cute couple was extremely cordial and polite. We imagine it would be easy to be in a cheerful mood with the amazing time they seemed to have! Not many teens could afford such a luxurious holiday.
Ah, the life of the celebrity. While there are certainly drawbacks to being in the limelight, the benefits of riches and fame can also make some of us quite envious.
