Kristen Stewart looked a little unsure on her feet at the 2013 Academy Awards. The "Twilight" actress hobbled down the red carpet on a set of crutches, leaving fans and press wondering what happened. Stewart didn't comment on her injury, but her makeup artist later spilled the details.
Beau Nelson told People that Stewart "cut the ball of her foot, quite severely, on glass two days ago."
Hopefully it'll heal quickly. In the meantime, she can take peace knowing that other celebrities are just as accident-prone.
E! "Fashion Police" host Kelly Osbourne is probably the clumsiest celebrity in Hollywood - and she freely admits it! The actress has suffered from broken hands, black eyes - and even a broken foot!
The latest incident? Osbourne sprained her ankle on February 20 to avoid a fall into the toilet.
"Got my shoe stuck in a bathroom drain. I was faced with spraining my ankle or eating the toilet. Guess what I picked?" she tweeted of the incident. "I sprained the muscles in my ankle that go up to the back of my knee, so it was the boot or crutches!"
"I just could not bear the thought of my face landing in a public toilet!" she added. "However, I'm now questioning my decision due to the pain!"
Yeah, we'd take the pain of a little toilet water over a sprained ankle any day!
Halle Berry also experiences her own fair share of injuries, though hers seem to happen on-set. Case in point: She was rushed to the hospital in July 2012 after hitting her head on some concrete while filming "The Hive." Luckily, she was fine.
The actress also broke her foot while filming "Cloud Atlas" in 2011 - and the resulting cast kept her from presenting at the 2012 Academy Awards.
Let's hope that's the last of her serious injuries!
There's one thing British singer Jessie J can never wear again: High heels! Her doctor gave the brunette singer the mandate after a series of serious foot injuries.
The ordeal started in 2011 when Jessie fractured her foot on stage during a show rehearsal at London's Wembley Stadium. Doctors first thought it was a sprain and sent her on her merry way.
It wasn't - and the misdiagnosis had serious consequences because her bones wouldn't heal. She later had to scrap her entire summer tour.
"I feel like a broken superhero. I want to go out and take on the world, but the bones in my foot don't want to make friends ... I cried when I was told that [I can't wear high heels]," she said of the injury.
We're sure you can find some cute flats, Jessie!
