Kris Humphries’ Ex Threatening Legal Action If He Doesn’t Apologize
Kris Humphries ex-booty call is putting a full court press on the NBA player demanding an official retraction and apology from Humphries or else there will be legal ramifications for his actions.
Kris Humphries managed to keep quite about his alleged five and a half month relationship with Kim Kardashian look-alike, Myla Sinanaj, but as soon as the relationship came to light the Nets forward denied that it was anything more than a booty call.
The 27-year-old athlete and his lawyers are claiming Sinanaj is trying to extort a significant amount of money from Humphries, and have gone so far as to enlist the help of the FBI over the alleged extortion plot.
Sinanaj’s high-powered lawyer, Joe Tacopina doesn’t see it that way. He tells GossipCop that Myla “never asked for $1” from Humphries.
Tacopina is claiming that Kris doesn’t want his relationship with Myla made public because Kris “is claiming in court that he was duped by Kardashian into a fraudulent marriage, and left brokenhearted — for which he’s seeking damages.”
Carrying on a nearly 6-month relationship with Sinanaj, where he allegedly made “1,000 calls” to her according to Joe Tacopina, doesn’t bode well for Kris’s case against Kim Kardashian.
Myla Sinanaj and her lawyer want Humphries and his attorneys to retract their statements about her and issue an apology for their claims or extortion immediately. Otherwise Tacopina hints there could be legal ramifications in store for Kris.
