Kim Kardashian recently stepped out in Miami wearing a strapless red Lanvin bed sheet dress that looked like she wrapped herself up in linens after stepping out of bed, threw on gold Tom Ford heels, brushed her hair and left the house. She posted the photos on her blog with a description that read "I love this flowy Lanvin dress with my favorite Tom Ford heels. I'm sure some blogs will say I'm pregnant because the dress isn't butt-tight, but I'm in Miami, it's hot and sometimes a girl just needs a gorgeous, light, loose-fitting dress! Xo" We're going to have to disagree on the gorgeous part. There are several celebs who have worn much better red Lanvin dresses over the past year.
At the "Friends with Benefits" premiere in NYC, the actress looked red hot in a red tea-length body-hugging Lanvin dress. It's easy to see why she was just named as Esquire's Sexiest Woman Alive. She wore her hair down for the event and finished off her look with black satin pumps and a bracelet.
At the 2012 Met Costume Institute Gala, the "Easy A" actress got an A+ from us for her short red Lanvin dress that had more than 3,000 red plastic flowers sewn from top-to-bottom. Normally plastic flowers would look horribly tacky, but they proved to be anything but. She finished off her look with a black barrette and black pumps. Despite her stunning night out, the beauty suffered a wardrobe malfunction: Once she was in the car she discovered there was a tear along the zipper down the middle of the back of the dress.
On June 3, the blonde stunner attended the MTV Movie Awards wearing a red strapless peplum Lanvin dress with metallic heels and her hair down. She looked sexy and classy without going overboard and the color looked lovely on her. Ironically, KK also wore the same dress months later while spending time in NYC. While it didn't look good on Kim, Charlize rocked it.
Which Lanvin frock is your favorite?
