Once again, Kim Kardashian manages to make us cringe with her fashion choice. On December 31, she and Kanye West attended a New Year's Eve party at the 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas, and she apparently thought it was warm enough to barely wear anything. She stepped out in a black sheer net Julien Macdonald dress. Despite the strategically placed black designs, she still left little to the imagination. There's so much wrong with this dress that we're just going to sum it up by saying it's hideous and unflattering. Despite New Year's Eve being one of the biggest days to show off your best looks, there were several other celebs who missed the memo.
Carly Rae Jepsen
The 27-year-old had the song of the year for 2012, so one would think she'd make an extra effort to pick a flattering and stylish outfit to wear for her performance during " Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest." Sadly, her look was rather disappointing. She wore a long red Sachin + Babi red skirt, fingerless black lace gloves and a black crop top. According to her Twitter, she also wore long johns underneath. The skirt sat way too high up and the shirt looked ridiculous. If she didn't want to have her stomach exposed, she shouldn't have gone with a crop top. She also needs to start doing her hair differently instead of sporting the same down and wavy style.
This is why whenever you wear a short dress, you're supposed to do the bend test before you leave the house, not in front of everyone in Times Square. The "Jersey Shore" reality star wore a long sleeve, ultra-short blue sparkly number that left her derriere hanging out whenever she was bent over the least little bit. It left fans debating whether it was her butt cheeks or butt pads that made an appearance. Hopefully she learned from the mistake and takes the lesson into 2013.
The newly-engaged singer hosted a New Year's Eve party at Lavo Nightclub in Las Vegas and wore a short sleeve white and black graphic print Mary Katrantzou dress that she paired with black strappy heels. The skirt could have used more volume, but even then the ensemble would have still been unflattering. The pattern is also just strange; it appears as though she has images of spoons on her waist and sleeves. The large sparkling engagement ring, however, was the best thing she wore all night.
So who gets your vote for the least flattering New Year's Eve look?
