LAS VEGAS, Nev. -- Kim Kardashian got her birthday party after all.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star and former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant was spotted at LAX Nightclub at Luxor in Las Vegas with NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush and sisters Khloe and Kourtney on Friday night, where she celebrated a belated 28th birthday.

Kim turned 28 last Tuesday, but as previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, instead of throwing a lavish bash, she spent the day in an Alabama hospital while Reggie, a running back for the New Orleans Saints, underwent surgery for a knee injury sustained in a game against the Carolina Panthers last weekend.

"I was supposed to be in London right now with Reggie but we had to cancel our trip," she wrote at the time on her blog on KimKardashian.com. "As long as he is okay, I will have the best birthday ever!!!!"

And according to Kim, he's feeling better already.

"He is doing well and got permission from his Saints coaches to fly in to Vegas to celebrate with me at my birthday party at LAX!" she wrote on her blog on Saturday. "I am so glad he is getting healthy and feeling well!"

The pair made up for lost time on Friday at LAX, where the couple was joined by friends and family, a source on the scene told Access Hollywood. Clubgoers serenaded Kim with a hip-hop version of "Happy Birthday" as she blew out the candles on a three-tiered lavender cake.

I am a black man and my sisters need not be jealous. You are naturally beautiful and lot to be desire of, I rather have a black woman more any other. However, when you are first approach your demands and expectations are too high and ridiculous. Maybe the change in attitude could transform the black man view. I not the beauty, is just the nasty attitude that run us away.

I am so tired of black men. What there mom is not good enough? Thats what comes to mind when I see a black male and a white female. Yes it is true you can't help who you love but our race is slowly becoming inexistent. There are plenty of good black women out here that are single because a lack of good black men. There are good black men but they are usually with someone outside of their r

Kim seems pretty damn conceited on their family's "reality" show. Khloe seems to keep everything real, and Kourtney just blends in, they're both pretty too. Kim needs to learn that being modest is better than putting yourself out there so damn much n braggin about yourself isn't sexy, it's irritating. Take a lesson from your sisters!!

Hmmmm wonder why so many black woman feel the urgent need to defend themselves on these issues? If they were not true, seems they would just shake their heads and move on. I work with tons of them, see them daily, with hairy legs, unshaved pits, they explain they can't wash hair daily cuz it damages it, so they have greasy scalps they put wigs on and they dig at them all day and they sme
